yes, thats fine, but for someone who doesn't know, it isn't a minor detail, nahmean? maybe he's in a state with no inspections, or simply doesn't care, but he should at least informed. that's all i'm sayin

You are completely cutting the stock ecu from seeing what the engine is doing so if your state has anything more than a sniffer test, i.e. obd2 or visual, you will fail

Oh right on. I dont know what maryland is into at the moment. That kinda sucks though. but hopefully my buddy can just pass it when need be.
