Interior looks good! Exactly what I was planning on doing.
How does the center section around the stereo come off? I've looked at it a little but have yet to figure it out.

The trick is to use a bent screw driver or very long one from under the dash! There are 4 screws that hold the controls on to the trim piece. If you pop the trim piece off the dash you will see what I'm talking about[There is no play in the wires to pull it out so you can simply unscrew them]. It took a lot of tinkering around.
