My purple calipers

Well it's my first real project and I have to say I'm happy at the turn out. This is one of the front calipers. The back tires didn't want to come off so I'm attempting those this coming weekend. I like purple and it goes quite nice with silver. I used duplicolor metalcast paint. Around 4 coats. Take a look!

not yet dreeza. I did them saturday and took the picture you see then. I can take another tomorrow and post it. I was hoping it would turn out a little lighter but I still like it regardless.

Thanks guys. I got the tires off and just took some pages from a magazine and covered up the areas I didn't want purple. Would have used newspaper but didn't have any and didn't want to go to the store and buy one to tear up. I took a couple new pics a bit further away but dammit! I forgot to save it to disk. Got the back ones this weekend to do then they will all be purple! Umm sorry...Just a bit excited it's the first major thing I've done so far. I can have a picture that shows the whole car by tomorrow.

I was a bit scared when the title popped up but in thinking about it I'm gonna have to give you props (awesome pic majik).

yeah, the first mod is always really fun. I was playing with my fogs for about a week or two after I did it (rofl2)

Only done so far some decals. Would like to get the windows tinted and a few other little minor touch-ups.
