My poor yellow Baby was Violated!!!

No, I haven't been down there in my car. I've only been in MD with this car since Sept. I don't want to take my car on those pot hole infested roads, it doesn't like hard bumps lowered.

Sorry to hear about the break-in Dragonbabe.
Just curious, my z828 has a security code to enter if the power is cut. Does the z818 have this?
Also, I lock my rear seats and trunk release to try and prevent access to the trunk. I know that if theives want something bad enough, they will get it, but I like to make it as hard as possible for them.

Oh, Ok so I guess there are more than two yellow Mp3's in MD. Rock on!

I had the Z828. I forgot about the code. Good luck to those who stole my s***! Ha Ha.

Dragonbabe79, sorry to here about that. I think someone tried to break into my car like 2 weeks ago. I hope not, but right now I have a big long crack in my windshield that I have to fix soon.

Hey 'Bigg Tim', were you at the MAPP in VA last September? Just curious.

Sorry dragonbabe. Now I need to get an alarm for my MP5. I have an AK47 that may do the trick. But insurance might not pay for the bullet holes.

The only two options that were available for the MP3 were the alarm, and the cargo net. And the alarm is really good. It has perimeter sensors. If ANYTHING opens, it goes off. As long as you have the sensitivity turned up.

Wheel locks where a factory option as well:D

There were three options total

LOL!!!
May need invest in fire power as well.....along with an alarm!

You mean to tell me you weren't at one of MD's largest gun shows on Feb 8 and 9 at the Timonium Fairgounds....lol. I picked up two more weapons. Nothing beats going to the MD auto show on Friday night, then going to a gun show on Saturday...hehe.

My mp3 came with an alarm and it was installed at the factory not my dealer, i was there when my car arrived and the alarm was already in it. it has sensors in every door and the trunk and hood. I had toi turm my sensitivity down a lilttle because it would go off during thunder storms and if loud cars drove by. It was like a $250 option, it seems to be a very good alarm. My car came with: Alarm, Cargo net, Wheel locks. that was every option you could get.

So I heard from the insurance company....

"Sorry the adjuster hasnt called you, because of the 'weather' in Maryland, He (the adjuster) is still in the process of diggin himself out"

Ok, what the hell was he doing the last couple of days when we were all digging ourselves out????

Lazy ass MoFo.

He must of been one of those who waited for the whether to warm up while the rest of us shoveled snow for 3 days to keep it clear. You got it, he's a lazy ass ?#@!&

Finally got a call and a quote....

Damn a-holes at Ohio Casualties tried to tell me the they 'might ' not cover the sub because technically it wasnt attached to the vehicle, :bs:
never mind the part of the conversation that went something like....."But Mazda Put it in"
ok that got settled

Then they tried to tack on Depreciation on the Head unit and sub because the found out that my car came off the production line in April of 2001 (I didnt even know that)...and I was like"But I bought it in Nov off the Show room floor"!!!! So I had only had it for a little over a year!
:wtf:
That was taken car of....
Not to mention my $500 deductable.

My Car Dealer is getting me a discount on a perimeter alarm and you know that Im going to crank that sucker all the way Up!!!

What a crazy day I had yesterday!!!

Aye De Mi!

 (rant) (argh) (bang)

if you set it too sensitive, it will go off from all loud cars, systems and even rain. at my school there are so many loud car i had to turn it down b/c it was always getting set off. no i have it so if you bump it or try the door handle it goes off. i was cleaning the snow off the other day at it was going crazy.

i wouldnt invest in a shotgun.. if ur shooting buckshot your bound to tear your car up.. im assuming your female.. have u considered looking into a glock 26? -=) nice small.. holds 10.. and u dont have to worry about puttin a bunch of holes in your car if your a decent shot.. another thing u may wants to look into is a 2 way alarm.. the remote has a lcd display with a picture of a car on it. it shows u wheres the car has been violated..my friend has it on his beemer and he calls it the target area. LoL. -=)

Yes..the Glock 26 is a nice firearm. For small easily concealed weapons, i've got a SIG P225 and a Kahr MK9 Stainless. The Kahr is a little beastie...7 rounds of 9mm and a 3 inch barrel. It's overall dimensions are 5.3" long and 4" tall.
