I picked this up Monday, and so far I have no complaints. It's everything I wanted/needed and more. Lots of power (compared to the SVTF anyways), great handling, comfy interior, lots of cargo room...it's just a great little car. I added a few appearance things so far (not bad for 1 day of ownership), and a few performance things are already in the mail. Anyways, here's some photos from yesterday and today:

The HIDs are a 6000K conversion kit from XenonDepot, and the foglight covers are from Headlight Armor.

I'll clean it up a bit the next day I can...they sprayed so much tire shine on this thing that it got all over the sides of the car LOL. Then I'll try to take some better quality pictures. Hope you like!

I've got to say, between the clean install, clean mods and clean pictures, i'm very impressed. Glad to see you're enjoying it so much so far!

My only question is, what's the hotness behind the headlight armor? I'm still trying to understand the attraction to them.

I had to take my bicycle to the shop today to get the derailleur's aligned and brakes aligned, and I BARELY fit the bike in with the seats folded down and the handle bars cocked extremely to the right.

I was hesitant to pull out the paper covers over my floor mats and your ripping off the front bumber -- gutsiest move i ever saw

congrats on your purchase...i'm a big fan of the white!

35% preferrably. I love mine! And get metalized tint, helps keep the temperatures cool and adds a slight reflective characteristic.

Jeez, had it two days and no tint?! (omg) Way to go, man, good job. As you know, CWP is the faster color as well as the best-looking.

when I installed my HID kit I didnt have to remove the bumper, it was an easy install just plug and play. PROPS for taking the front bumper off!

Man the CWP's are starting to pop up everywhere, love it.

I agree with the tints, looks better and stays cooler, 35% & 20% for me

But why change OEM HID's?

some change them out to get a different color. i dont really see the point tho, my stocker HIDs are staying right where they are. as long as they light up the road, i could care less that they're not an obnoxious purple color that annoys the s*** out of oncoming traffic.

6000k is pretty much white with a slight bit of blue. They are BRIGHT...I was driving around last night and couldn't believe how much better they are than the original Halogens. Most cars these days (under $30k) come with 4300K, which are a bit more yellow, but still very white compared to regular bulbs. Higher end imports/Europeans/etc use between 6000K and 8000K (8000K is getting pretty blue), and there are people who buy 12000k kits aftermarket (dumb move IMO) that are basically purple. I'd say 4500K-5500K is about the pinnacle of usable light from HIDs, go up from there and you lose usable light, but gain color. Go down from that and you get more yellow every step you take. 3500K, for example, is basically a true yellow colored light.
