My new rims...

UPS brought me my new rims today. Here are a few pics (not on the car yet because it's still snowy here ). They are Rota Circuit 10, 16x7 +45, Full Royal Steel Grey (steel grey with a machined lip and front surfaces). I got them from the S-Garage ebay store for $509 shipped. I'll post more pics when they're installed with my summer tires.

PS- I know they are Mugen replicas. And I also know that Mugen=Honda, but Spoon also =Honda and lots of folks have Spoon replica wheels on Mazdas. Okay, had to get that out of the way. Besides, these rims are sexy and weigh only 15.5lbs each.

I don't want the added weight of 17s, plus I have a set of really good summer tires that I want to use. The roads around here are terrible too, so after a bit of deliberation I decided 16 was my best option.

do you have 205's......i wish i had 205/50/16 for my konig 16 X 7's. will get some 205's when the dunlops are gone.....i can go through them fast!!!

Yes. I have 205/50/60 Michelin Pilot Primacy. I didn't like the way they fit on the stock wheels, the sidewalls looked funny on the narrower rim.

Circuit 8s are only available in 4 lug applications. No C8s for the P5.

no problems with any rubbing. Although I did have to raise the rear end up because it looked like the tire was getting real close to the inside lip of the wheel well, but other than that no problems.

You really think they look JDM then? I'm not sure if that's good or bad. My friends generally say "JDM" sarcastically as an insult, thus my confusion. (confused)
