Backyard? I presume small, like mine!
Finsihed Basement? Basement in NC??? Uhhhhh nope!
Secret Tunnel to the Batcave? Yet to be built... maybe next house.

I haven't seen it yet besides pictures... my wife helped them paint the inside already. See above...

i'll shoot myself if that costs less than $300k

By the looks of it, it is definitely way less then 300K but I am not sure where its located which can jump the price tag by a lot.

I would definitely trade my townhome for a nice single family home like that.

I know how much it was... but uhhh.. not my place to say... :D

Yeah I just thru it out because I didn't want mountjonas to shoot himself, lol. :)

But reading it again I make no sense because he said less than 300K so I am going to say 302k.

Uhh, I'm going back to work.

Well for a ballpark figure... it was over 100k and well under 200k ... that's that!

That is what I was thinking by the size on the attachment. That is the same ballpark that I paid for my townhome and like I said I would trade it in a heartbeat even though I love my townhome to death. It would be nice to have my own yard. Saying that a great buy msp#735. (first)

Well with your new job you can afford a fence in no time... I'll help ya build it... beer and steaks.. beer and steaks. I built mine... odd thing is, the "drunk" side is straighter than the other. Hrmm... I should drink more often. (beer)

Wow! I lived with my twin brother in college and we just about killed each other. We lived in a dorm room though, I guess it would be different in a house. Good idea to get into the housing market though, when you guys are ready to get your own place you can sell it and split the proffit and use that for a down on your own place. My wife and I just bought are first house and its great knowing your not throwing away your money every month. Good luck to ya!
