...and then tell me how you could possibly feel it carving corners for you on dry pavement. Unless you were spinning the wheels (such as driving on gravel or snow, launching from a stand-still, or taking sharp corners at full speed on an autox course) the LSD will show no affect on daily driving.
That's just the give-and-take between the two cars. With a little suspension work, i think the new SI will shine.Greensleeper said:GREAT CHOICE!!!
As for the handling, I saw vids of STOCK 06 Si and they seems to understeer a lot. Not terminal like the previous EP's but boring understeer anyway. I don't think you can adjust the attitude of the tail with throttle inputs like you could do in a STOCK Mazdaspeed Proteg (wich have less power and OEM LSD).
BTW, the Speed Pro is still the King of the hill for STOCK FWD handling. But boy the FS is not a marvel of engineering compared to your K20Z.
Again, excellent choice!

When I am driving slowly, it makes the ride kinda jerky, as the revs drop quickly, from the hanging point, down to the new gear's RPM rapidly. But you can get around it by either slowly releasing the clutch or just shifting slower. It doesn't effect when you are floorin' it though, still smooth as butter!! I hope your wife's is the same way too (easy to adjust to)
