wat yall think...

i test drove it today... all it said that it was a 2.0liter turbo charged and it had a cold air intake... i was like, o...thats iight... i bet the turbo doesn't even sound that loud or great... boy was i wrong!!!... yo, that turbo ****** screamed!!!... i went on the bypass and this little 90-92 accord was in front of me and he was goin bout 80mph... so i said, lemmie see how fast this car can go from 80-120mph... iight, i went and floored it and i shifted into 5 gear right next to his window and that turbo like literally blew his car away...it sounded sooo awesome... i clocked out at 130mph at the end before i hit the brakes... but man i never had sooo much fun in my life... i can't wait to get it on tuesday...

it has the stock t25 turbo...but i has an injen cold air intake... so its pushing a little more than a stock mazdaspeed would do... next...exhaust...thats it...

yea i'll be careful... i ain't gonna pay 18k jus to wreck it... im hoping not to...

welcome to the forums. where you at? did you say 18k?!?!?!?!? DO NOT PAY THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how many miles does it have? There are plenty of speeds that have gone for around $14k lately and that haven't had that many miles on them. you may want to reonsider. mazdaspeeds are great, but get that dealer down!!!!

does it have the hardpipes on it already? cuz mazdaspeeds come stock with plastic pipes. hardpipes are a bonus.

I would not buy that particular one. You might end up needing to redo the motor on it.

not at 130. thats not redline. actually i think its over 1k rpm away from it. i drove through oklahoma a few months ago in my speed and held 120-130 for almost an hour and a half(in the middle of ablsoutley no where on a freeway with 0 entrances and exits)

nah...its iight... it was only for a test drive... i didn't do it after i bought... but i gotta wait till tuesday to drive it again... my speedometer goes up to 140mph... so i dunno how i would damage my engine if its meant to run up to 140mph... but it sounds great... i can't say anything is wrong with it...

it will stop at 137/138. all mazdaspeeds do. theres a limiter there. but how much are you paying for it and where are you located?

i'm only paying 15k... cuz i got my trade in at 3k... it was 18k... so yea i jus went up to 130... so its not that bad... im payin bout 359 a month... im not gonna mod it that much... jus the exhaust...the rims are fine, everything is fine to me...

lol, intake on the MSP is about 1-2 HP, reguardless of what anyone says... msp's are awesome cars but be wise man, they blow up, a lot... i have bent a rod big time, (needless to say it was a hydrolock,) but i have the rod in my garage and they're freakin toothpicks..

do as MUCH research as possible before doing any mods and remember don't believe everything you read... ask questions and if they flame, tell them to **** off... (but before you ask SEARCH)

thats because your speakers are in your rear doors. the sub goes under the covers. on the mp3 the speakers are 6X9s under that back panel as opposed to in the back doors. the "6 speakers" in the msp are the 4 doors and 2 tweeters.

all i know that i seen the kenwood 450 watt and my subs on the back... and the 6x9s are on my doors and 2 little speakers on my mirror panels...
