I need a new fender now some moron wrecked my car three nights ago. and the insurance company only gave me $650. 00. any recommendation on where to get a cheap one to replace the old one??

Any used fender off a protege sedan at a junk yard should work. You might walk away with some cash getting a used one and painting it.

a few months back i was in an accident.. the whole drivers side was messed up $3000 in damage.. i have travelers and they didnt give me no trouble at all...i thought they would be assholes cause my car wasnt stock... but they gave me money to replace the aftermarket rim that was damaged.... i couldnt complain...

Fight the insurance company...it looks like some parts of the door lost some paint, thoses costs should be included in your adjustment.

Go to a few body shops and get written estimates. Show the insurance company those estimates.

Ouch that looks rough. There must be more damage than just the fender. What about the side marker? It looks ok but is it craked at all? No scuffs on the wheel?

uhmm it's not like they can mix that paint perfectly every single time....every paint needs to be blend in...

go get an estimate from at least 2 body shops and then show it to your adjuster..
