My (kinda) new MS3

Just wanted to say hi just joined and I have had my speed 3 since about Oct. 08 metro grey has boost gauge A/F gauge and oil pressure gauge pod installed already as we'll as spin on oil filter kit and hid low beams. I recently replaced VVT and chain (last week). Runs great now. No real issues beside the sat radio not working but gonna get that fixed pretty soon.
I was wondering is anyone knew a way to get in contact with old owner as all I have is the name and city and options that were added when it was sold??
Oh and if anyone needs any general help let me know as I'm a mazda tech in Texas (not a speed dealer )

Maybe a Carfax would get you more information? Or the BMV? What info are you looking for about the car?

Got some pics but need to upload them to a site and get the URL I'm guessing, reason I wanted to get a holy of him is the find out what all he may have done (hpfp, balance shaft delete, ap tune if any) cause boost is sitting at 15 psi and tops out at 156. So before I change or add anything else would be good to know what else if anything has been done. I thought about car fax but I don't think I would get old owners email or phone and I already have his name so I'm at a bit of a loss. As far as the hpfp I would take apart but I don't know if I would be able to tell if it was upgraded or not and IDS won't allow you to view hpfp Psi that I'm aware of

if it has gauges, it was probably modded. That being the case, look at every bolt carefully and see what looks like has been removed before in the engine bay.

Doubtful it has BSD. That's about what peak boost is on the stock tune.

Done, can tell the tmic was off and there is a signal wire going from #1 coil pack to the cluster area.(to what I don't know yet) The stock dp has not been removed but cat back was resently put on as far as I can tell threads are not rusted and can be turned with a wrench. When I fixed the iPod adapter and reconnected the antenna there was also a green wire spliced into mod next to the e brake (don't know what that was for but it was not hooked to anything. I put new VVT timing chain on, but I was getting paid (warranty ) to do it so I couldn't really go threw everything like I wanted. And just a heads up I have never been on a car forum and have never uploaded pics. How do I do it??
