my kenwood head unit quit working!

The other day i was driving and i had to hit my brakes really hard and my stereo quit working right when i hit my brakes. It still makes the beep sound when you switch from tuner to cd player but it has no music. So i know its not the speakers. When you turn the stereo all the way up you can hear a little bit of music coming from the back speakers i have in my trunk. Can someone help please!

did you blow out the speakers? how loud do you listen to your music?

hmm...go back and check all of your connections. It sound like something popped loose when you broke hard.

I know it's not the speakers because the beeping sounds from the cd player come through fine. It just doesn't play any music, it's weird, i have never had it happen before.
