my car= mazda 6???

Well today was the third time someone thought that my car was a 6. Interesting. I was at the checkers(man I love checkers) pickup window and I overheard these 2 girls just go crazy over my car and say, "man that is a hot car, I gotta know what it is." then on of the guys they were with was like, "yeah, thats a mazda 6." I almost said something but didn't bother and just got my order and parked to eat my lunch. They didn't ask me anything but kept on staring and talking. I love when my car gets good reviews. But I still dont know how the hell it looks like a 6, ohh well. So far it makes it mistook for a Mazda 6(3 times), lexus IS(once), subaru(twice), and 1 or 2 others I cant remember. But always great reviews. Haha, I cant wait to get the money to mold it and repaint the whole car so it looks 10000x's better

yeah....i hear you i "raced" a guy in a is300 and obviously i was da loser! but he asked me what type of car it was and how much hp i make and what not but complimented my car, this was when it was BONE STOCK. he said it was very nice looking and i said thank you. i get compliments every now and then sometimes i get asked "WTF is that?". and then i get those morons that say "your car is a station wagon. ITS A 4 DOOR HATCH GET IT RIGHT DOUSCHES!

Most people don't know a Ford from a Toyota... (actually, behind the scenes, it's amazing how "related" all the car manufacturers are... didn't Ford just buy Toyota's Hybrid technology?).

it is a station wagon (peep)(outie) lol but a good lookin one.

yeah, many people dont know what a protege is anyway but know it's a mazda. then throw on aesthetic mods like a did and then it really get's their brains steamin. lol

lol one time with an ex g/f there was a local cop/state cop stop for drinking and driving they supposidly did in her town frequently. and well the cop notices my odo and notices the STOCK whiteish/red theme and he asks me, "did you do that?" Me, "No sir it came with the car that way." Officer, "Are you sure it did because it looks really nice." Me, kinda annoyed at him not beleiving me semi acusation, "Yeah it came that way from the dealer and the car is stock."

Some kid was like oh s*** sweet lexus I was like WTF he thought it was the IS300 sportcross I was like no it's a mazda protege 5 lol. Now no one knows what make my car is if they look at the front of it since I have the mintblue grille and " da shocker" decal right on my hood in a small emblem form.

Yep I get that some times not anymore though since the car looks different from stock once I get my autoexe lip on and change the emblems in the rear I'll have more people guessing.

I get those too. then I have to layeth the smacketh down with that which is the all mighty holy grail of 4 cylinders that is the fs-de. Then I get those people in the muscle cars or STI's that thingjust because my car is all show it should have some go...well it doesn't. I just laugh at them and then cry to myself.

i've been mistaken for a subaru plenty of times. (especially because my car is laser blue and the wrx is a similar color.) even when i tell people it's a mazda they don't believe it until i show them the emblems on the hatch. same with the lexus. (except they think i have a custom paint job) i have the dg grill so there is no mazda emblem and i guess the headlights look similar so i can see why it's easily mistaken. and once in a while i'm mistaken for a MSP. i have the msp lip on my P5 so of course i can see why it's mistaken.
but the best is going on P5/MSP cruises. here in hawaii, seeing a msp or modified P5 is a rare sight. and when you have like 20 of them cruising, people can't help but to stop, stare and have the WTF?!?!?! look on there face. thats the s****!!!

ive had people yell "nice car," or "awesome car" out of their window at me ehile im driving. mostly in the rx-8, but i got a couple in the p5. two guys in a mazerati gave me thumbs up yesterday. i thought that was pretty cool.

Its pretty bad when you are at a Mazda dealership and they ask what it is lol..One time the guy was like ,wow your 6 looks good but different, what did you do? I also was told that it wasn't a Mazdaspeed b.c they didnt' make Mazdaspeed Proteges, that was told to me by the manager of the Mazda dealership hahahah .. Most of the time I get IS300, or somthing like that...I do get a lot of compliments though, more than I thought I would. When I pull up in the local hangouts people come up and are like, I heard this and I heard that ,your car is so fast, blah blah blah lol .Its great, but to bad its almost stock now lol
