My blue side lights are no more

My wife got pulled over on Saturday because of my blue side lights. She got a fix-it ticket, so I've swapped them out for ambers. Just curious if anyone has gone with white side lights and whether they've ever been pulled over for it (in the States, anyway, where we're technically required to have amber).

Yes, blue (and red) are a big no-no.

Those look interesting. But what I'm talking about are the side-lights that are part of the headlight unit. Maybe I should call them the parking lights?

Only time you're going to get a ticket for white is when you have a cop having a REALLY bad day. Blue lighting on a car is a guaranteed ticket even when they're in a good mood.
