MSP World Challenge Wind Splitter

I will be down @ Tindol Motorsports on February 18 to check out their operations and their cars. I will get plenty of pics and see how much their version of the windsplitter costs them to make.

If guys have any questions, please feel free to PM me with them.

Those paint schemes are pretty sweet. Anyone know what kind of wheels there running? I def like the lips there using but I couldn't see myself putting one on my speed as a stockish looking car.

I'd bet the farm they are 17X 8. I know thats what tripoint was running with racing hart CP-035's. I think all of the world challenge protege's were running 17X8.

Yea they are 17x8 with 235's with a camber of -3. I live like 10 mins from tripoint and have them work on my car. They are an awesome shop.

Sub'n to see if this goes through. It'd be nice to see an affordable front splitter and rear diffuser for the MSP. I wish we had a rear diffuser like this for our cars!

APR rear diffuser for Subaru's

Damn that things hot!!! Thanks for posting it up. I think APR would definatly make something... they just need an MSP to get some measurements on... I know that is EXACTLY what i'm looking for. If nothing else, i'm gonna buy that subbie one and retrofit it to the MSP.

I totally agree! If APR could make something like that for the MSP, I'd be all over it! Who knows...maybe the suby one will fit with minimal customization! (thumb)

Here's their website for reference:

APR Performance

I sent them an email about creating a custom splitter for our cars. Maybe you guys can send them emails as well to show there is an interest for the product.

The 02-03 WRX front Diffuser looks promising for fitting as well...

This picture shows a front lip VERY similar to the 03.5's (goes up in the middle)...

Also, i think this might work. The '03 WRX overall width was 68.5", the Mazdapseed Overall width was 67.1"... I'm thinking allmost no modification would be require to make this fit, other than mounting.

I mean thats basically a .5" of extra CF sticking out on each end, which is nothing...
