msp vs srt-4?

They have dealer upgrades, so yea there are stage kits that you can buy.

Its fanboism at its finest. "i cant drive an srt4 cuz its a neon....i cant drive a cobalt ss/sc because its a cobalt...." blah blah blah

I'm not a huge fan of cobalt's because I think their interior looks a bit cheap, but the SS/TC looks pretty cool minus the huge wing and they can haul ass according to all the reviews I've seen.

dont they have leather interior? i know that they match the paint of the car. dont like leather though. the turbo ones have a smaller wing and better stock wheels IMO. there a 13 second car stock with potential.

My buddy drives an 05 Cobalt SS/SC and it's not very fast. It's all stock and ragged out and can barely keep up with my MSP. It would outun the MSP stock vs. stock though. The TC Cobalts are an entirely different story, the interiors in them are very GM though, (bad) and for that matter the SRT interiors are very Dodge.

This little Mazda is the only 4cyl car that I have any interest in owning, as what I really want (a new 5.0) I can't yet afford.

hmmm my srt 4 has viper racing seats stock (2004 only) and everyone s**** bricks about them. they cant believe those are stock seats. I myself love them.

Yea the SS S/C is nothing to write home about and it's quite obvious that GM cares more about performance than style.

they do and ive seen a stage 3 only dyno 255 whp. not much you can do with the s/c except pulley and other bolt ons.

Glad that you found something else to modify going forward. Sounds like a nice pickup seeing how it was adult owned and low mileage. Hope you get to enjoy for many years and buy some large comforters to keep in the car in case you encounter another hail storm.

everytime we get a thunderstorm i get all worried its gonna happen again. still live with the parents so the garage is off limits lol but ill take her to a gas station or something next time
