Wouldn't the MSP have a better launch cuz of the LSD

I've heard this term before... what is LSD?

None of the upgrades are covered by the warranty.

I think 2004 SRT4 comes already with stage1 upgrade, LSD and sunroof

2004 has a Qualife LSD. Yeah stage 1 is a nifty upgrade and seems to be very popular among SRT-4 owners...I have yet to meet one that doesnt have stage 1. I can't imagine stage 2 on a SRT-4...it would be scary going that fast.

I wonder if wheel hop is a problem on the SRT-4. Cuz I know I experienced it at the track....sucks.

You should know that some of the people on SRTforums are running in the high 13s, even with the 03s. As long as you are a decent driver, this should be no problem with the 04s. You're going to need some serious work done to beat most SRTs with your MSP unless the owner can't drive.

launching is a pain in the ass. wheel hop like crazy. even from a roll in first gear you loose traction and get wheel hop. it sucks.

I dunno,I know he said it had something?It only had like 2500 miles on it when i raced him .
The MSP is a PITA to launch no matter what boost you are at!
I have tried to launch this car every conceivable way possibble but to no avail to avoid massive wheelspin.When i do get it to hook with no wheel spin it runs slower than with the spin.I have just learned to control the spin so it is not wasting the power and putting it the ground to the most it can.I WILL be running slicks in the spring along with forged 3 piece drag wheels.I will get this damn thing in the 13's before I get rid of it!I would have got it this year had it not been for the lack of traction.
I have driven a lot of cars with a lot more power than the MSP at the track and I will say that tis is one of the hardest cars I have ever tried to launch consistently.If you don't NAIL the launch you might as well kiss that run goodbye.

I'd say the guy in the srt is a good driver 14.4 is really not a bad time I would say your 14.0 is a great run for an msp and not your regular driver could do that. My point is he's a good driver and your an even better driver.
