msp vs srt-4 1/4

The last timeI was at the track in october,I walked a Srt-4 like it was my job!
I ran a 14.0 and I think he pulled a 14.4!
It was fun to see the look on his face when we got back to the staging lanes!
I set the race up knowing that I would kill him!
Driver made a difference here,what do you think?
Not to mention that I had a killer run!

he was stock but he said he had the stage 2 upgrade from the factory.I dunno but I have beaten a lot of s*** I shouldn't have!

^^haha yea i forgot, when are they releasing it, whats the difference between stage 2 and 1 btw, bigger injectors or something?
 
I dunno,I know he said it had something?It only had like 2500 miles on it when i raced him .
The MSP is a PITA to launch no matter what boost you are at!
I have tried to launch this car every conceivable way possibble but to no avail to avoid massive wheelspin.When i do get it to hook with no wheel spin it runs slower than with the spin.I have just learned to control the spin so it is not wasting the power and putting it the ground to the most it can.I WILL be running slicks in the spring along with forged 3 piece drag wheels.I will get this damn thing in the 13's before I get rid of it!I would have got it this year had it not been for the lack of traction.
I have driven a lot of cars with a lot more power than the MSP at the track and I will say that tis is one of the hardest cars I have ever tried to launch consistently.If you don't NAIL the launch you might as well kiss that run goodbye.

It must have been the stage 1 BTW because he said it had the mopar upgrade,I just assumed stock was stage 1 so upgrade would be stage 2 to me?

if you are running 14 flats with street tires, with slicks or even d/r's 13s should be no problem..

if he did have stage 1 he must be a real crappy driver then =)
 
I don't know who's msp that was. Stage two consists of a new ecu bigger fuel injectors, mopar recommends there 2.5" cat back.new wga. and turbo toys (in car boost control, race gas and regular gas switch, intercooler spray) 290 horsepower on race gas. Not sure on the price but people think between 1000.00 to 1500.00
