MSP transmission replacement question (with or without tranny-mounted speed sensor?)

I need to replace the transmission on my MSP. When searching for the transmission online, I'm presented with two transmission types:

"... WITH transmission mounted speed sensor"
OR
"... WITHOUT transmission mounted speed sensor"

Which one do I need to get?



Also, I understand that a manual transmission from a regular 2.0 L protege/protege5/mp3 year 2001 - 2003 will do. I just need to swap the diff. Is this mazda model/year correct?

The newer the better for the trans as in 03 some of the parts like the shift fork were upgraded, the speed sensor does not matter. ABS equipped cars like the MSP read speed from the wheel sensors, non-ABS cars use a speedo gear inside the transmission.
