Msp stalls when clutch is pushed in...help?

:
2003.5 MazdaSpeed Protege #88
Alright so here is the deal, i have a 2003.5 MSP #88 and well....idles just fine but as soon as i push in the clutch, it stalls out to either 100rpm - 200rpm or it dies. There use to be a vibration in the clutch but i was told by my trans shop that it was the springs on the plate. so i had the clutch replaced(whole kit). the vibration is mostly gone but still faintly there. But when i come to a slow down i would usually downshift. but i cant do that anymore cause when i push in the clutch to slow down...itll usually die. When im at a stoplight itll be in neutral with clutch out. light turns green. i have to rev it up a little before i even push in the clutch to keep it from dying when i push it in. only when engine is warm. when its cold itll be just fine only cause its at a little higher of revs to compensate but right after its slightly warm...itll die/drop low.

ANY IDEAS?

i dont see how it could be a shift fork. its only when i push in the clutch. i was thinking about maybe the IACV or slave cylinder or something like that
