MSP only 130 wheel hp?????

the switches on the unichip might be reversed if you got it recently. if you have the ecu power switch off the car runs like total s***.

wondering if i should remove sparkplug antifouler (thinking it would screw up air/fuel readings and diagnosis)

WTF is this??? Take EVERYTHING off the car. Put the stock plugs back in (dont remember what type) and take it to the MAZDASPEED dealer.

We cant diag your car over the interweb bro. Your BEST bet is put it all back to stock and get the PCM looked at for what flash it has. If they did the MP3 flash, tell em you want a compression test, a cyl balance test and a leakdown test to make sure the agressive timing didnt put some little holes in your pistons.

after returning to stock, took it to mazdaspeed dealer today.

told that "they have closed the door" on our car...what a bunch of bull

they said all they'll do is run a diagnostic, which i told them was a waste of time

i was right, they said the car is fine and that these cars aren't all the same

up to ten wheel hp, i can understand, but around 20whp less has to be explained somehow.

I might just have to take it to different dealer or mazda regional/national attention

I'm just plain pissed off.

What the happy crappy is THAT supposed to mean? Either it's under warranty or it isn't. If the car is bucking or not running smoothly, they better do something!

This might be a case of dealership techs trying to push you around. Write some letters and raise some eyebrows with the "slap in the face of your loyalty to Mazda." Some exec should take note and clear this up.
