MSP only 130 wheel hp?????

Need feedback guys.
All stock 03 msp, but running no cats at all. No CEL (sparkplug antifouler works).
Upon Unichip install, did a baseline run--------->130 wheel hp only!!!!!!!
guy was stunned when he compared to another 03.5 stock msp with 150 wheel hp stock.
Unichip installed only gave me 152wheel hp (versus 181 other msp...10whp less gain).
After driving out, car almost shuts off with low idle, and i hit fuel cut when i get on it a bit, though it only did it twice on the dyno and supposedly "learned" after 3 runs and didn't fuel cut anymore, it does it all the time now.
My problems:
Why am I only getting 130 whp stock (20 less than other stock msp)?
Why am I hitting fuel cut with Unichip with only mod being catless?
Why does my boost guage show it boost to 15psi (and holds a bit then tapers down to arond 10 then around 8 at 6000 rpm)?
Going to Mazda tomorrow.
A bit of history:
9 months ago, got a new turbo after car would buck hard when turbo spooled up (though car was also stock then). They gave me a new turbo.
Though the car was bought with the "flash", noted on the driver door sill, at another visit, mechanic said he flashed it with new software (car started running sluggish right after that)
Thanks in advance.

Have you been ECU flashed
yep, there is a sticker from previous owner that notes the flash, and once i went to a non msp dealer because of the bucking problem i had when living far from mazdaspeed dealer and they supposedly accomodated me and the tech said he downloaded newest software (flash), though i thought there was only one, and sinc then the car felt sluggish.

There is your issue I bet. Take it to a MAZDASPEED dealer and make sure you didnt get an update for a regular pro.

thats what im wondering --- problems start after flashing = dealer srew-up ?

i'll be at the dealer tomorrow morning to deal with this. My brain has been running though all different scenarios of what might have happened and that is the only thing i can think of.
They'll probably have me take out my unichip stuff though, and i just paid 200 bucks today to have it installed and run on the dyno.
any other advice will be much appreciated and i'll let you all know on what i get done on this issue.
I'm friggin furious and depressed about the whole issue.

Take the unichip out BEFORE you get there. any mods and Mazda likes to say "No Warranty For You" (al la soup nazi)

Sounds like your non-Mazdaspeed dealer may have downloaded an MP3 reflash. My advice would be to take the sticker off and go to a genuine Mazdaspeed dealer for an MSP reflash.

1. what kind of dyno were you on? Was the other msp on the same one?

2. The bucking is probably fuel cut.

3. Take off the unichip b4 you go to the dealer.

4. don't pay for unichip to get installed, its easy.

5. Your boost gauge is probably reading wrong, unichip spikes to 13 psi and holds at 10.

6. learn how to type.

were you trying to run the aggressive timing map with 91 octane? Maybe you beat on your MSP too much with bad gas and now it has low compression, that would explain alot.

If you take it to the dealer. TAKE THE UNICHIP OUT! Not only could it interfere with the flash process and possibly **** up the unichip itself, but also if Mazda sees it, they will never touch your car again for warranty work.

Car probably would have serious issues if he got the mp3 flash. MP3s have more advance timing and would run into serious pre-ignition issues when in boost.

Well, whatever program the tech reflashed onto his PCM is, it's obviously the problem because that's when his current issues started. I still think his first step should be a reflash from a genuine Mazdaspeed dealer.

did not run map B, guy told me its too aggressive
never put other than 93
car is immaculately maintained

uninstalled unichip today (though when not hitting fuel cut, the car ran amazing. I had never lost traction on dry pavement on any gear and it does so with hiboost setting on unichip, and it whips your head back and pushes you in the seat.)

spoke to dealer and told me to come tomorrow morning

wondering if i should remove sparkplug antifouler (thinking it would screw up air/fuel readings and diagnosis)

dealer told me "its impossible to download another cars flash/programing onto

the wrong car", so they are telling me its not a wrong flash....

1. thanks for the feedback, though #6 is not necessar
2. bucking is definitely fuel cut when on hiboost
3. unichip taken off
4. maybe boost guage is wrong (where is best place to join into vaccum hoses to be more accurate)
5. Mustang dyno, and other car was on same exact one two weeks before.
