MSP No Boost.... Plz Help!

Hi, I have a MSP .5 And my car is not making boost... I brought the car about 3weeks ago and i hooked up the OBD reader and it had 3 codes...

1. Knock Sensor
2. Valve control circut
3. Warm up catalyst efficency low

Ok so i went to Mazda and brought the valve control sensor and put it on the car seemed to feel a little better... i also checked the Cats and they are brand new and the O2 sensor's are hooked up right...

A good friend of mine has a MSP and gave a Intake, Bov, and gauge pod.. so today i hooked up the intake today and it made a diff but still no boost... not a sound from the bypass... Plz help
 
yeah it sounds like a bad wastegate and are u sure ur cats are new the catalystic efficiency usually means ur cats bad
 
I jacked up the car this past Sat and checked them they brand brand new... Acutally everything looked new Bolts, hangers, etc...
 
check your wastegate actuator rod and make sure it hasnt came off the wastegate and if it hasnt take off the vac line running to the actuator and see if you can blow thru it. if you can then the diaprham in the actuator is bad and you need a new one, if not its prolly your wg
 
And incase you didnt know your wastegate actuator is located underneath your exhaust mani
 
I took the car back to the dealer two days ago and they said they fixed everything wrong with the car like the CEL'S and the Mani had a crack in it... Supposedly that's why it's not boosting... Pick it up later today...
 
Not Mazda... Lol the dealer I brought it from.... Whew Mazda I would've been poor already
 
A crack in the manifold wouldn't keep you from hitting boost. It will cause a leak of course, but I had 3 cracks in my stock manifold and still boosted fine.
 
So i go to pick up the car and still see my car on the lift... Hmph! So i go over to the car and look in the engine bay see the turbo and Mani back on but something is missing... So the mechanic walks up and says............................. One of my guys were putting the mainfold back on and busted the Radiator... SMH!!!!!!!!!!
 
Keep your head up .... I had a scare today during an ECU reflash. They had to do it 3 times, as it quit the first two ... and then they couldn't get it to crank. Turns out that they didn't push the clutch in fully (it has to be on the floor).
But, I definitely feel your pain .. things rarely go well in my camp. Hope everything turns out ok in the end. Let us know what the problem was ...

Got the car back and it's running great!!! Making boost hear bypass and the whole 9... Turns out it was the crack in the manifold... :)
