You just need to chill and quit reading into things. Maybe she just cares? Seeing as how happy you were with the car she wants you back in that state. She's probably tired of seeing you mope around. The worst thing to do is push away a loved one because him/her is worried about you. You need to just relax and realize that it happened and there is really nothing you can do about it. What's done is done, no need ruining your life because of it.
ALSO;
If you snap back at her she is not going to talk about it. Maybe she just wants to understand? She probably doesn't but with you making snappy comments back at her when she asks a question isn't going to help her talk about the situation.
