hey guys hoping you guys could give me some advice. i have an 03 msp and i bought the tein s tech springs for it. do you think ill need a camber kit? and if so where can i get one?

Camber should not be a problem. The way that the suspension is set up is not badly effected by a slight 2" drop like some Honda and Toyota cars.

Feel free to get an alignment after the drop.

Ingalls has camber bolts for the protege....just go to your local performance shop, they should be like $30 or so.

They pretty much straighten out your wheels......your wheels bow in or out after you install lowering springs. The lower you go, the more and more your wheels tuck in, and your tires wear out quickly along the inside of the tires. You ever notice civics that are lowered, there back wheels look slanted. Very bad for tires :D

plz excuse my stupidity but what are cambers and what do they do?
Have you even seen a really low Civic. The wheels from the rear look like they are angled and not vertical. That is a probelm because the tires are no longer making proper contact and will wear out, not to mention it will cause an accident.

I run -2.3 degrees of camber in the front.. but then again I'm an autocrosser so we do really stupid stuff to go faster. I'd like closer to about -3.x

Check Delsing's site - you can increase camber for free by rotating your strut tops... beyond that he's offering a camber kit really soon...

he offers camber bolts also...which are plenty for the everyday driver.....serious autocross u would want adjustabilty.....then i would get his camber plates that are comin out
