I love those wheels
Thanks keith! There similar to my old rota torque's except the weigh a lot less, are wider, silver, and the spokes look more aggresive imo.

Good stuff in this thread! Keep up the work!
Thanks bro. We're going to install the throttle body and new wideband sensor this week and hopefully start street tuning the haltech.

Nice build you got going on here Sandspeed, I noticed you have a simlier set up as I have. Do you have any numbers for what your pushing? I'll be rocking the SteedSpeed & 505 Mani. sometime in the near future and was just curious of what numbers I'll come close to.

Well good luck,
- David

Lookin' good!

Glad to hear your speedcircuit head is kicking butt!

Thanks David! First off, what turbo are you running? I'm running a Garrett single ball bearing T3/T4R turbo (61mm) 0.73A/R turbine. I would love to run a dual ball bearing precision but thats not going to happen anytime soon so, i'll just use the crap out of this one until it dies on me..haha.

To answer your question, last summer I dynoed at 12psi and put down 270whp/268lbft. This was on a stock cylinder head, stock intake manifold, and a mam turbo mani. <- Decided to sell it because thd welds kept cracking and I got sick of repairing it.
Dino at Speedcircuit built me a badass cylinder head with integral cams, pnp, valve job, etc. I'm at 5psi and the car spools great. Hardly any lag, lots of torque, a totally different powerband than my older setup. I hope to do a baseline (5psi) dyno soon so stayed tuned for those numbers.

Congratulation Sander, Glad to see you coming along good bro.. Long time and to many s*** youve gone through, but what it matters is the final results. if you like it is all it matters, build it Slowly and good than Fast and bad. Trust me youll notice an insane difference with Richs IM and PNP Head wait til you tune that beast, once you do youll have a permanent smile in your face. !!!!!!

what integral cam set up did you go with? stage 2 and 3? also would love to here how they sound. my motor comes in Jan. could use a teaser.

Integral stage 3 cams ;).. Please let me if this link for the video doesn't work because I took it with my samsung camera phone today.
Since my IAC isn't working properly, the car idles to high but the cams sound wicked. Hopefully the new throttle body will be here this week so I can dial down the idle rpm.

Looks so good under there man..... I love your car!!!
Thanks brotha!

Sounds great :)
Sweet, glad it works. Thanks man, the engine loves to rev with the cams and the 7lbs. Spec flywheel doesn't hurt either ;)

Couple more pics here before I detail the crap out of her this weekend.
Sometime earlier next year i'm going to focus on the interior since its been neglected over the years. Going to build a 6 point roll cage, swap in mazdaspeed3 seats, custom suede inserts/headliner and replace my prosports gauges with Defi.

Enjoy the pics..

custom exhaust? and how do you not scrape everywhere lol barely any ground clearance
Yup its custom, but was kind of a pain in the ass to line up the proper place to make the bend under the axle. For some weird reason it hasn't scraped yet. I love how it looks.
I'll dig up the old thread I made when the exhaust was built.
