When I talked to mike at Mazda USA. He told me parts aka kits will be released as the mazdaspeed acc. mazda 3, mazda 6 and rx 8. No new mazdaspeed will be released after the miata until the rx7 is released to replace the miata...

You will have the 2.0 liter base line and then the rotary powered model... End of 2006 release date.......

May I repeat ... Ha Ha ha.

I didn't drive but rode along on a "Twisty turns senic route" test drive with a friend...and that was "Intresting" (bowdown) depends on the drivers ability to shift in it's "Ideal Range"...at 9k you get an audible beep to shift.

I concur, it's an awesome and beautiful car, and you cant beat the AWD of Subaru, but fully loaded it costs quite a bit more than a fully loaded 6.

The nicest thing about the legacy, is it uses a "detuned" STi engine. The performance upgrades for the legacy are going to be utterly sick.

I concur. If it were slightly less expensive, that car would 100% be are next car without even looking at any other car not even considering.

it's funny, just went and looked at the new Legacy GT today, and while it is a very nice car, I still think the 6s wagon looks a lot better, more sporty and sleek. I agree the GT engine and AWD is a nice thing to have, it just doesn't do it for me like the 6 sportwagon... JMHO

The ride you get from the Subaru Legacy is much more superior in every single way.

Probably not, I actualy pay only $100/6 months more for my STi then I did for my Protege.
