Yes it will come w/the nuts. If you are using for the M6, u can reuse the stock nuts, fastners, etc.... The taillights are in good condition. Came off 20,xxx miles.

Yes this is the one for the MS6, not MS3. I think the MS6 has a bigger filter than the MS3..
