My MS6 has been making a clicking noise mostly everytime I turn. It doesn't always do it, but its enough to be annoying. I took it into the dealer before my warranty was up and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Its lowered on stock shocks with the Mazdaspeed lowering springs and 18x7.5 WORK EMOTION CR-KAI with 225-40-18 KUMHOS. I have about 65K miles on it. It kinda sounds like broken rear axle(s). Has anyone had this problem. The only thing I was thinking that maybe the car was too low, in the rear cause it kinda feels like it sags a bit in the back. So maybe its too low and thats what causing it. Any thought?

Does the clicking come from the wheel side or the the dif area?
Did the dealer open up the diff and look around, check cond of third member? or mic it? shaving on the dif plug at all? Last fluid change? Have you inspected the wheel bearings as far as to what condition they are in and looking like?
Have you double checked torque specs and other fasterners on the struts/rr susp/rotors/calipers/etc?
i ask these as a starting point to try and help ya. sometimes havin a friend ride in the back seat can help locate the noise to while you drive, imho
