MS3 Wheel Question

I got a great deal on a set of 19x7 (+42 offset) Work SF Winning wheels, will these fit on a 2008 MS3? What size tire would I need? These came off of Acura TSX.

According to this site they will stick out .6 more, so more than likely you'll have rubbing issues.
