MS3: Hesitation at 5200 RPMs

I'm thinking they might have fixed it in the 08. Mine has been recently broken in and I haven't noticed anything but acceleration!(spin)

Ok I went and drove it and payed attention to the 4800rpm-5500rpm area and there is no hesitation with my car. Could have been how my camera was mounted...

Or it was youtube lagging a bit. Your car may not have hesitated, but it reminded me that my car did.

May not have been a recall, but there is a TSB on the hesitation at high rpm.
I had my car in for this reason 6-8 months ago and it cleared right up. Part of the 'fix' was a reflash on the ecu.

Was your reflash similar to the ones listed above? Or did you have one in addition to those? I'm just wondering if there is another flash specifically for the hesitation.

Really? Where? I can't find it listed anywhere. Mazda tech says there isn't one when I called them...

Can you show me the TSB number or the NHTSA number?
