MS3 exhaust for Mazda Axela

I'm wanting to put a MS3 exhaust on my 2005 Mazda Axela, is this doable? If so, pro's and con's?

The cat-back bolts right up by my understanding. It's good if you like loud. I wouldn't expect any real performance gains.
