Well, I started this mess. I got a 2008.5 MS3 GT for 22,998, and I think that was a good price. I probably could have done better, but I got tired of the dance. Sure sounds worth it to fly to Texas.

Dunno. I have not been shopping, but I bet you can get a good deal somewhere with this bad economy. As several have said, go on online and get quotes from several dealers and let them duke it out.
I believe Edmunds has the ability to identify several dealers in your area, course I am not exactly where Suwanee is. If you are close to Hotlanta, there should be several dealers there. Good luck.
Same here. Used the S-Plan. No haggle is great. It even got that nasty docking fee down to $300. Now if I could just get the damn thing in. Should arrive at port day after tomorrow!
The dealer I got my Sport CB MS3 back in Nov/06 (I couldn't even take it for a test drive back then!!! and I paid MSRP 22.8K +TT&L) has about 40 MS3's!! Yes you read this right. The sales guy told me they have these many cars in the garage. They got waaaay too much inventory now so it's a good time to buy.

Do the Speed 3's come standard with floor mats or are they an option? Every car we have own they came free. Kind of puzzling!!!! What are the dealer fees aside from tax title? They are trying to get 400 dollars extra from me for what.

Some sort of mats should come standard. They should be carpet w/mazdaspeed on them. Docking/destination or servicing fee I assume. Some dealers charge as much as $600.
