heres why they didnt do it....bracing. So you could theoretically remove the braces to put in the moonroof, but that would decrease structural rigidity and make the car unsafe

My sales guy (who is a good friend, a former co-worker, and was driving fast before my dad was in high school) said that when the Speed3s first came out, he noticed no sunroof option. So he made a few calls to find out why. Told me that they put a sunroof in one of the prototypes and the damn thing popped out and flew about 100 feet when the frame flexed going around a corner at triple figure speed on the test track.
