Just got my ride lowered with MS dampers and Tein springs. I will take better pics once it's weather gets better over here. Later! (headbang)

Well funny you should ask about the tires and offset. I actually was running 225/45/17's on wheels with a +40 offset. Good on stock setup...bad on the current drop. The drop (2 inch) in the front was cutting it really close....I mean less than an inch between the top of the tire and the fender. Needless to say I went today and bought new tires. So now I'm running 215/45/17's and they fit like a charm. I don't expect rubbing issues but we'll see once the springs settle in. Here's what I have right now:

17x7 Konig Incidents (offset +40)
215/45/17 Dunlop Sp Sport FM901

so your tires were sticking out and under hard compression.. your fender would rub with the top of your tires. Is your current set up still sticking out?

hmmmmmm........

With the narrower tire it's not sticking out at all. It fits perfectly right under the fender. If the weather is nice tomorrow I'll take some side pics and close ups so you can get a better idea.

hey eight, looks like you have a canister???? I think you are about the first person on here other than me with a canister....

I dont know how much I should be expecting....is that too much? Does eibach have the pro damper kit for our car yet?

Well, regular aftermarket struts are only like $40-60 each. $100 just seems way high. Especially for something that you don't really need. (shrug)

Yeah I thought the same way too. They are pricy that's for sure. I just figured if I was going to go with the springs....that I might as well go with the shocks/struts at the same time. I must say though that it is a stiff ride which is to be expected. But cornering and handling has improved alot which is what I was striving for...besides appearance of course (2thumbs)

At least that is better that $1200 for coil-overs. To me that is a rip off, unless you need a specific drop height.

No argument from me! (pow)

400$ is what those are priced at everywhere.... i haven't seen any other brand besides the ms ones and 400 plus springs you might as well go coilover...

Two questions....first a repeat...anybody heard anything about the eibach struts yet? Also, will the new struts (in combination with my sportline springs) reduce body roll? I have had the springs on for three months and the body roll is still pretty dramatic.
