Looks a lot better, you have more fuel where you need it. You say you never go higher then 12:1 right? How rich does it go where the SW says it's pegged rich? Good job, now just work on the middle a little where you are a bit lean. Amazing what a little fuel will do huh!(thumb)

One question, if i'm cruising, and i let off the throttle completely so the cursor is in the first column. My wideband goes totally lean, should it be doing that, or should i be adding fuel there to get it back around 14.5?
Where the software says it pegged rich its running still below what the AEM will tell me. THe lean spikes you see in the datalog are when i shift... SO i'm not sure where you're saying that i'm a bit lean in the middle

It reads lean becuase there is no more fuel being sent through the system, that is normal. You may want to replace the O2 sensor in the exhuast manifold with the a new Universal Bosch one for around $60. Ti-99 did and it fixed a lot of problems he was having plus the AFR reading from the MPI were more responsive....

I probably need to replace it. Thats the 1st O2 sensor right? Cause both my O2 sensors are way back in the midpipe. Is there anyway i can hook my wideband up to the SW?

I don't believe you can, because that would need different wiring. I may be wrong though. I'll ask Nick the next time I talk to him. It's not just a matter of putting the O2 wire to the WBO2, because those O2 wires are to clamp the O2 so the car goes into open loop. There is a way to do it, but I'm not sure if it will interact with the settings and current wiring, so that's why I say no. I've asked before but I don't remember what was said.

Its ok if I can't but i just think that'd be a useful thing to do so you could get a more accurate reading in the SW. Because I noticed that even though I'm not running pig rich like before, the software is still pegged rich.

My software and blthlt's do not read what near the same as our widebands. My software tells me i'm in the 13's, and my wideband is in the 10's. I just tune off of the wideband now. Maybe replacing my sensor would make a difference, but maybe not.

It's got to be something with the sensor's, because mine is almost 100% dead on with my WB, maybe a tenth or so. As long as you can see what your AFR is, then that's what matters

I can attest to this too, Apocman's WB and mpi were DEAD ON! Ti-99 replaced his and his car is running a bit leaner now. It was super rich and we guess the O2 got caked. Since it was reading less fuel, it dumped way more than it needed to at idle and while driving.

then your post 02 is bad.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANOUNCEMENT regarding the MPI and tuning it! PLEASE GO TO YOUR LOCAL AUTO PART STORE AND BUY YOURSELF A NEW BOSCH O2 SENSOR IT WILL ONLY COST YOU ABOUT 68 BUCKS BUT WILL SAVE YOU A s*** LOAD OF TIME TUNING YOUR CAR AND IT WILL ALSO MAKE TUNING YOUR CAR A HECK OF ALOT EASIER. IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH YOUR MPI AT THIS CURRENT TIME PLEASE GO BUY A NEW O2 SENSOR I AM TELLING YOU THIS BECAUSE I AM 99% SURE THAT THIS IS YOUR PROBLEM OH AND IT PROBABLY WOULDNT HURT TO CLEAN YOUR MAF WITH A
Q-TIP AND SOME RUBBING ALCOHOL. THANK YOU THAT IS ALL Ti-99!

oh one other thing I think the power of my engine and the MPI have exceeded that of my trani because my s*** started sliping at 2k rpms at 10psi. OH yeah raw power at its finest!

hey guys,I have a issue,I have a MAP I need saved on my computer, but it's saved as a RAW file, and I noticed they need to be SMT.
