i said that i would slow down i never said, i would have slamed on my brakes. im 25 for whoever was asking. and no i have never raced anyone on the street whats the point? i can go to the drag strip for that. as for road rage, i just believe in a good old ass kicking for people who act like a jackass, i was not implying that i am a cop i was implying that i thought he would be the type of person, who would act like he was the badest mutha on the road, but would run away when he was in for a nice beating for driving like a jackass, you know the person who talks he talk but cant walk the walk.

I'm wondering how students can afford to drive an MP3. I'm outta school now and can afford a P5 but i could never in college, i drove an '88 chev sprint.

Does all your money you make working just cover the cost of the car?

well i had a 1990 nissan sentra, until that broke down. I inherited the sentra which allowed me to save.


about driving like a "jackass" if you define jackass as anyone who goes over the limit, there are tons of em out there. Thats another reason there is something called "highway patrol" and department of "public safety". If the only jackass driver was me, they wouldn't need to be reading radar in the first place.

Yes- I am a jackass driver, but to this day I STILL have not been in at fault accident. So, drive as fast I have, I have not been in an at fault accident. I guess that makes me a safe jackass... but thats fine.

I would love to see a person who has gotten in trouble for saying he was speeding down a road? haha he ya go i was with my friend in his type-r with full lights behind us running 145 down the highway at 3 in the morning. LOL (i was street racing HAHAHAHA j/k)

The funny thing of this all, is my declared major is Criminal Justice emphasis in Law Enforcement, and I know what I can and can't do. (guns)

I'm a reserve county deputy way the hell down here in Mississippi... and I'm coming for ya!!! lol

I don't preach about stuff like this, I usually save that for when I pull people over.

A friend of mine back in high school tried this one time when we were riding in his Geo Tracker (*sarcasm* A wonderfully handling vehicle */sarcasm*) and he oversteered in a curve at ~50mph and we did three flips off into the shoulder and into some trees. When the cop pulled up, I was in the process of unbuckling my friend so I could get him out and whip his ass... Luckily the cop figured out what I was doing and stopped me. I wish our county would adopt some different standards for chase situations, it's like a demolition derby everytime we have a chase. As bad as it would seem, I think we need to have a urban "no chase" rule.

Anyway, only stupid dumb ******* idiots think they can out run cops. They get you eventually. And cops don't chase people with their lights off. I think it was a coincidence that the cop happened to be following the person who started this thread. If he was actually 'chasing' him, he wouldn't have given up.

...and another thing...cops can cross town, county, and possibly state lines if they are in pursuit, at least thats the way it works in MA.

Hell, and all this time I thought they were out raising money for the city.

Seriously, it is fun running from the cops. I have been chased a couple of times near my home grounds. Once because my friends and I stole a newspaper box on a dare (yeah, I know it was wrong, we just dropped it in some poor saps lawn and drove off, I'm sure the newspaper got it back the next day). After we did the deed and ditched the evidence we are driving down the street and a cop passes us, slams on his brakes, and starts to pop a U-turn. I see this, and instantly duck off to the side. The area I duck into is a big maze of streets that me and my friends know real well. Haul ass for a couple of minutes, make a lot of turns, and pull across a major street into another section. Second time I was just speeding, saw the cop starting to come after me and pulled away. This one was a close one because he almost got us on the streets. But I would never try and run from a cop with his lights on, you are just asking to get your ass busted.

I've done something like that before. Went right past him in the opposite direction & didn't realize it was a cop until he was there. I know what you mean about clear thinking...I immediately hit the gas & took the 1st right & went to the end of the street & parked it next to some other cars. As soon as I stopped, I jumped out of the car & walked away by some apartments.

It felt great when it was all over, but it was damn scary when it happened.

Alright...I barely could make out what you wrote....but it's very unlikely that someone would drive 15mph in a 45.
