MP3/iPod/iPhone help?!

Hey, I'm a total noob when it comes to this stuff...I have an 07 Speed6 and I wanted to be able to listen to my iPod/iPhone. I know there is a sticky on this but I am still a little lost. I have an iPod nano and an iPhone. I want to be able to plug in either one and listen to music (MP3's on iPod, MP3's or Pandora on iPhone). Can someone help point me in the right direction? I know there are several units available (and the one from Mazda sounds like it is bad), but I don't know which one will do what I want it to do. I don't really care about charging either device, and the text display would be cool but I can live without it if I have to, and I would like to be able to control either device from the steering wheel/radio controls and from the device itself. Please someone help!!

How do you like the Gromaudio? I am thinking of getting. What does it do? Does it lock out the iPod/iPhone? Can you control it from the radio and the wheel? Does the text show up? Does it change.

The text does not show up. It only shows "EX" and the track you're on. You can use the phone itself, the head unit, or the wheel to control it. I really like it because it charges the phone as well. It's a great all-around piece, especially for the price.
