MP3 intake manifold difference?

I have this intake manifold from an MP3. I’m confused as to what the true differences between this and my regular manifold are. I understand that the MP3 version is supposed to have VICS but not VTCS, and while this manifold only has one solenoid on the top, I still see two vacuum actuated butterflies.

Is this a true MP3 intake manifold, and if so, why are there still two sets of butterflies?

That is NOT an MP3 manifold. Those flaps at the head interface? Those are the VTCS flaps. The real MP3 manifold never had those.

Solution
Thanks for the replies. So it is clearly not the manifold that came with the car. I have no idea why it is like that, but it looks like I’ll just be gutting the one that is on my car instead of using this.

Much easier to just remove the VCTS flaps and port match to the gasket than it would be to find an actual MP3 intake manifold.
