MP3 DVDs...

Just got a 2011 CX-9 and haven't tried it out yet but I was wondering if the non-navigation head unit plays MP3s loaded on a DVD.

Sound quality over Bluetooth really sucks. Can't wait till I replace the stock head unit with my Kenwood DNX-9960.

Easy check. See if there is an MP3 logo on the faceplate.

damaster, not sure about being able to read dvd's. FYI... read up on these posts before you stick an aftermarket head unit in there...
