Stupid noob that I am, I should have done a search before posting. Looks like I don't have a compatible HU...that sucks. If GM can do it, any monkey of a car company should be able to.
Hi,
I picked up an 06 Speed 6 in May with the in-dash CD Changer. The manual says it's MP3-compliant, but does give much information on formats, etc. It does offer the standard caveat that some disk burned on PC's, etc. may not work. We'll, I've tried about 4 different ways and software suites to burn .MP3 CD's that are compatible with my Mazda's player. They are compatible with my wife's Sienna, my old Dodge Magnum, and my Suburban.
Has anyone had success burning your own MP3 disks for the 6-CD changer, and if so, what was your process (software, CD type - +R,-R, etc.
Thanks,
Bob G.
