I've never been a mondo fan of the Mazda3's look, but it's at least distinctive. Then again, I haven't been a fan of hardly any car looks in the last 5, even 10 years.

well it's round and reminds me of a jellybean so yup.

I love the thread on NASIOC though.. everyone saying it's ugly, looks too much like a Mazda. I would lose all faith in Mazda as a company and sell my car if Mazda tried to sell something that ugly. I for one think Mazda has some of the best new designs out there (re: RX-8, CX-7, MX-5, Mazda3 sedan, MS6, 6, Mazda5.. ). They's so clean and nice, that WRX is way too overwrought and overstyled to be a Mazda.

I'm really curious to see how it will affect sales. It looks horrible, but supposedly looking bland can help sell more to the mainstream? I just can't believe where Subaru is going.

i still don't like the sedan. . the regular impreza sedan looks clean looking but the wrx body kit seems a little tacked on(but then again, the aero guards and rear spats of the gd chassis look even more tacked on).

the hatch is growing on me more and more. it's a simple design. kinda euro looking. it'll sell pretty well. maybe not so much with the enhusiast fanboys.

i'm still holding out hope that the sti will be a little bit more agressive looking.

Wow!The sedan looks so much like a Corolla w/ a hood scoop.Weak!But the interior is a slight improvement over the current one,meh.I like the Lancer's interior better!

I think this has some HUGE potential. +1/2 on the wheels, mild drop and some paint for that nose-chrome and I'd be proud to drive one ...

definitely. someone on nasioc photoshopped some gold prodrive wheels and lowered it, and it turned out real nice. the hatch is definitely the one i'd get. now we have to wait until sept to see what the sti will look like. but since the sedan is us only, i'm wondering how the aftermarket will be for that body style. although that doesn't matter to me anyway.
