Put awr front and rear motor mounts in tonight and noticed how bad my rear motor mounts was.....

those two brakets are both cracked down the middle

With the new mounts the car feels amazing, and is soo much better to shift

how's the vibration in your car now when just idling?

its not that bad, but with no music on and windows up(since i just got tints i cant open them) it echos and is very annoying, with the music on driving its fine, the vibration is actually better than i thought, cause i had motor moutns in my other car and it was horrible, supposidly these mm brake in easily

the rear was a b****, the front took about 5minutes, the rear took a good halfhour to get out.

I only know them as ATX or MANUAL. I have the AWR ATX Front installed (Love It) and I'm thinking about the back mount (Also AWR ATX). Rush hour traffic is a b**** with the engine bouncing all over the place!!! Can you post new pics, way too blurry to see any detail.

yea i will once i get a chance i took these quickly cause i was tired from being at the shop all day, and i would advise to get the rear mount asap, that is the worst one.

I've heard that you need to keep the rear mount loose until you install the front. Is that possible? I need to get the rear mount bad sin ceI have a feeling mine looks just like Caughtbycop's.

i put the front one in first cause that was the easiest then did the rear but didnt take that long, didnt have any problems except the rear is really tight. idk what to tell you about it not lineing up, maby since the back was so strong and tight that it shifted the stock front one?

How many miles are on your car that it caused that much damage to the rear mount? Also you do a lot of burnouts or anything? When I put mine in at around 17k miles both of my stock mounts were still perfect.

Ah if it's stop and go traffic that you're stuck in, I think you will dislike the AWR rear mount even more than the stock mount. Rather than the engine bouncing around it'll be your dash instead.

right now i have almost 22,000, i bought the car the end of march with 14,000, i did two burnouts that were actually worth stating, i went to the track a few times, street race..i guess a lot, i have a few mods on it too, basically i drive my car hard and enjoy it

wow... those things are deformed... good to know those motor mounts are helpful.

you should use MACRO mode on your camera to get close up shots.

Dang, i'm gonna have to look into getting motor mounts. So, is the vibration really that bad with the AWR ATX front AND rears?? Cuz it certainly seems like its best to get both... but i don't wanna rattle my teeth loose either.
