Most Useless Feature

(braindead This has been bugging me for so long thought I would give 120 seconds and type it in. The tilt position for the Nav screen in my 2008. Seems that I can move it from fully down and lots of glare, upwards to more horizaontal, with even more glare, in increments for some reason. Why is this feature there? Does it turn the screen into a small table? Utterly useless AFAIK.

It should tilt downwards more to reduce glare.

I agree as well. This is my first vehicle with an in dash nav and I just thought that I did not know how to properly use it.

I have found that raising it most of the way up does make a nice platform for my iPhone. The rubberized otterbox case prevents it from sliding around and the allows me to keep an eye on trapster too.
