That makes me want to stop modding my car and start modding my parents weekend car, which brings me to another point my parents own a 1995 MX-5 bought used in 1998 with 23,000 miles now it has 27,4XX miles....WTF, I don't understand it. If their not going to drive it I will. Does anyone else have parents with OK cars that are garage kings? I mean the Miata is a nice car and all, but they act like it's a Ferrari or somthing.

My 13bTII miata with street port and stock size turbo makes 300WHP and 210ft.lbs. of torque at 12psi. I think this is ideal for the light miata. This set up is very reliable and any more torque and all you get is wheel spin. I do realize wheel spin can be fun but not always fast. Of course I am prejudice but what can I say. I love high RPMS and high speed.

While I really like your Miata, I think I might go supercharged at first.. I still don't actually HAVE a Miata yet, so everything's still in the air.

Yea, my car was down for a year to do the drive train and engine.
I drove one with a supercharger and was very impressed with the performance.

I would LOVE to do this kit!(yes) But the only thing that I would'nt want to deal with is the maintenance involved with a 13b. Although............a 302 conversion sounds more to my liking!

I drove a 347stroker miata www.wickfordri.com and it moved and had alot of torque but mostly spun tire and couldnt hook up. i then took the guy for a ride in my turbo 1.6 and looked like i scared him cause it hooks up. Then again i have alot wider tire then he does but you get my drift...
