Question: I know it's been asked of you before (maybe even by me) but how much and how enduring was it to make your projectors? Would it qualify as "under 50 bucks?" It looks damn good. Are they straight too?
pretty dang straight for being built without ever being mounted to the car
Rotation is a little off, but, the 2nd set will be perfect as Chico is gonna mount em to his car as he does the aiming of the projectors in the housings.
As to cost, my setups are $600 plus, but, i used the best of everything availbble.
You could do it MUCH cheaper if you went with E55 projectors, E36 shrouds, and just paint the bucket. Oh, and do the work yourself

Do you have a write up somewhere or perhaps might mind PM'ing me the "not too intricate" details of what's involved? 600 is steep for a "simple" mod but it looks SO... good.
I wonder if we could convince a GB somewhere down the line for this sort of deal....

Let me get her to make me a regular one first and we'll see how it all works out. I don't necessarily need a new one but it'd be cool to have a one-off one.

This is my first post...I've had my Protege 5 for a week and a half now, and today I did the fog light mod. I'd have to say that, even though I'm not that in tuned with my electrical side, it was an easy mod. I shall post pics once it gets darker...

looks good but have u considered lowering ur ride? idk something fishy about it. lol looks like its 30ft high. might be the color.

It's just the angle. It's not that high but it does need springs. I have illuminas which messed with the rake.
