Damn that sucks Mark. Where on the car is it? If it's not on a fold you may be able to have it pulled. Paintless dent removal FTW!

hey, this will be a great topic of discussion for tonight!!! JK i can almost..alomost understand it in the mall parking lot, but this was in my work lot and i park next a lot of the same cars/ co-workers ea day...oh well...let it go mark, let it go!!!(freak)

we should find something like that but totally permanent...like near impossible to remove without damage. And just start putting it on the cars of the people that hit us. Make it big and red with white letters along the length of it. "I am still learning how to open my car doors without hitting others"

that would be awesome. you see that sucker driving home on the highway and you know he feels even worse than you do with the dent in your door :)

I am pushin for the Mrs. to give me the green light. We have been runnin around prepping for my daughter, Rebekah's 4th B-day party tomrw.

Modern NEPOC ^^^

This past tuesday, her actual b-day, I am driving her to school and she says to me in shocked amazement,
"Daddy, my SHOES STILL FIT!!!" (boom05)
It took me a second to realize, she thought she would wake up on the day of her b-day and be physically BIGGER bcuz she was 4 now!

Just a classic!
The straight-forward logic only kids have.

LOL! That's great! Tomorrow morning you should stuff her shoes with tissue and see what she says. :)

Happy for you on both accounts.

Yeah, I'm still in the process of of getting it ready. But it's so weird driving at night, I have a yellow CEL burned into my retina so every time I look where it should be I have to move my head back and forth real quick so I make sure it's not really there. Thats what you get for driving with one in every car you've ever owned.

This just in, the DX of Doom no longer has any CEL's.

holy freakin crap!

DX is (boobs)

:P

what did you have to do? took the haltech off I'm assuming. Sucks that it's such a pain in the ass to get an out of state car registered in CT. Did you contact the DMV to see if they would waive the inspection since the car was once registered in-state?

I get people telling me two different things. There is some sort of inspection, however it's done at the emissions station. Inspection for emissions equipment is what they say. I don't think they still do the full-on safety inspection. My friend moved up from Florida right before me with his Mustang and all he went through was an emissions session. He was running a header-back system on 2 high-flow cats and had no problems. So we'll see what happens I guess.

I'm going to try as run as much as my current set-up as possible however some things had to be sacrificed for the greater good. Getting rid of all my phantom CEL's was a major endeavor.

They did a full on safety inspection on my car when I "imported" it from MA to CT. Maybe they only do it when you first buy a car? They did the inspection when I had to go to the DMV to pay sales tax and get plates snd stuff.

just registered an out-of-state vehicle last fall. No dmv inspection required, go to your local emission testing station to have your emission done, thats about it. My car was still registered to previous owner when had it done. No more hassles, took the emission report to dmv and got plates

Weird, guess with all the changes to the CT emissions stuff since I got my P5 they've changed the registration process too.
