mod beginner. help

i am thinking of putting a bov on my stock cx 7. i want to know if im going to lose power or experience some problems if i put after market bov on stock engine, intercooler and turbo. ineed your Advise guys. its a 2007 sport cx 7 fwd. im thinking of hks ssqv but i read some posts that they have problems when they put bov such as losing boost, engine jerking, air/fuel doesnt match.

Why do you want to change out the OEM BOV? I have read that a small percentage of them leak before hiting the design pressure. Are you trying to increase the boost pressure?
