Mobil 1 Rebate August to October!

Hey guys, just found this deal. Walmart is also having a rollback on some of Mobil 1 oils, so a 5qt jug can come out to $2 / qt for synthetic. Thought I'd share

Just a heads-up: I got similar rebate deal back in March, while the Pennzoil rebate came home just two weeks later, the Mobil 1 rebate is not yet. I submitted the same Walmart receipt (just like the Pennzoil), but Mobil 1 rebate site (https://apfco.net/secure/R8235W/) denied it and I had to call in around mid April. They told me they've cleared my submission and I should get the rebate in two weeks. Two days ago, I still haven't got anything, called again, and they told me that my submission is still held up. They forwarded my case to special-handling-whatever department, and told me to wait for two weeks. I might have to let it slide this time if they will still dodging it after the next two weeks, but I won't bite again on Mobil 1 rebate.

Looking at the website for the rebate I didn't see Walmart listed as a participating vendor, that may be the cause of some of the headache.

I have used Walmart before and I was able to get the rebate. It does take awhile though. Just make sure to take a clear picture of the receipt and highlight which one it is.
