Misc CX-70 & CX-90 Interior Accessories

:
2024 CX90 PHEV Premium Plus
Thought I’d share a few miscellaneous accessories in case anyone else was interested. Everything was purchased from Amazon for much less than OEM accessories were. Everything is installed on my 2026 CX-90 PHEV.

Rear cargo area cover. It’s supposed to be for a 2024 or 2025 CX-90 but it fits my 2026 CX-90 PHEV perfectly. Impressed with the quality. It’s a faux carbon fiber look. Literally installs in seconds. It’s spring loaded and locks into the provided space behind the second row. It’s a pretty large cargo area with the third row up, but it is easy to reach for and not cumbersome at all. Very happy with it.

Door-pull pockets. I stumbled across this one and found it interesting. Great idea. The fit and finish was pretty decent. I probably would’ve kept them if they were a little bit deeper. If you have small items like a wallet or tissues, they would be fine. But I ended up taking them out because I specifically wanted them for phones.

Aluminum look + rubber pedals. The accelerator pedal slips right over the original pedal. For the brake pedal, you pull off the existing rubber piece and put the new one on. The new brake pedal has two little tabs to help install it. Kind of tricky and rough on the fingers, but doesn’t take more than a minute. The dead pedal has adhesive on the back and sticks firmly on top of the plastic OEM area again, great quality. Very happy with them.

Cargo organizer. Love this thing. I was using a cargo net hung across the grocery bag hooks but this is infinitely better. It collapses from 3 > 2 > 1 sections with one being fully insulated. Keeps things warm or cold for extended periods. Bonus…. take home from restaurants gets zipped up and the interior doesn’t smell of leftovers. Plus there are smaller compartments and nets built in. It just barely fits behind the 3rd row when it’s up but it does fit.

Illuminated Door Sills. This is a Mazda OEM accessory. The dealer had it installed before purchase. Actually, I got it for free. Sales rep didn’t include it on the paperwork. :P I like them. Nice little detail. But for MSRP $400 + … hard pass. I would not have purchased these on my own. The quality is so-so. They're battery operated …not even hardwired in. A magnet taped under the door triggers them to come on for 15 seconds or so. The coin batteries will need to be replaced occasionally We’ll see how long they last.

Not my pic - Mazda photo.
